長(zhǎng)期從事紫外深紫外非線性光學(xué)晶體生長(zhǎng)及性能研究,包括深紫外非線性光學(xué)晶體KBBF生長(zhǎng)及應(yīng)用開發(fā),新型紫外非線性光學(xué)晶體NSBBF及四倍頻應(yīng)用,在晶體生長(zhǎng)和缺陷分析方面具有豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。研究領(lǐng)域包括:
1.?紫外、深紫外非線性光學(xué)晶體合成,生長(zhǎng)及性能研究
