      • 張國春,男,19641月生。200110月畢業(yè)于中國科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué)化學(xué)系,獲理學(xué)博士學(xué)位,現任中國科學(xué)院理化技術(shù)研究所研究員,博士生導師。主要從事新型光電功能功能晶體材料探索、結構與性能關(guān)系;具有重要應用的大尺寸、高光學(xué)質(zhì)量功能晶體生長(cháng);晶體器件設計及應用方面的研究。突破了 CsB3O5(CBO)β-BaB2O4(BBO)Nd:YVO4 等多種重要功能晶體生長(cháng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù),發(fā)現了Na3La9O3(BO3)8 性能優(yōu)良的新型非線(xiàn)性光學(xué)晶體。發(fā)表論文近百篇,獲得美國發(fā)明專(zhuān)利授權2項、中國發(fā)明專(zhuān)利授權10余項。

        (3) 新型功能晶體生長(cháng)、性能表征、器件設計及應用評估。
